  • Is it safe to purchase through Magazine Subscriptions?

You can be 100% assured that we take your payment details very seriously. If you buy using your credit card or debit card account, your order is processed by our partner Cybersource. This is one of the most secure online payment systems in the world and owned by Visa.

If you choose to pay by Direct Debit, you will pay the magazine Publisher directly. Please be assured that you are at all times protected by the Direct Debit Guarantee and can cancel future payments at any time by cancelling your Direct Debit with your bank or building society.

We also use the best Secure Socket layer (SSL) technology. SSL is used by all reputable e-commerce companies and websites because it is so secure.

If you're waiting for your subscription to be delivered, or have any other question about a subscription you purchased more than 7 days ago, you should contact the Publisher direct (as we don't have access to their order tracking systems).

1. Order Queries . . .

  • How do I find the magazine I want?

There are 3 easy ways to find the magazine(s) you want:

  1. Use the Magazine Categories menu.
  2. Use our Site Search - just type in the name of magazine into the search box you wish to find or a any word describing its contents.
  3. Click on our A-Z List which lists all titles on the site.

We feature over 1,200 titles on our site. Please feel free to browse at your leisure and choose the magazine(s) of your choice. Please be aware that digital versions of magazines are not available on our website yet, but will be coming soon.

  • Why should I order through Magazine Subscriptions?

We work with over 300 magazine and newspaper Publishers to bring you the best possible range of titles, and offers available. Simply browse the site, select the best magazine(s) to fit your interests and pick the offer you prefer.


2. Change Order or Delivery Address & Subscription Transfers

  • Can I renew my subscription?

The publisher of the magazine you have ordered should contact you before the subscription expiry date with an invitation to renew.

  • How do I unsubscribe from any marketing emails?

All our marketing emails contain an unsubscribe link that will stop us from contacting you.  Alternatively, Contact us here if you want to unsubscribe from our marketing communications.

  • Can I change my delivery address?

Once your subscription copies have started arriving, the best way to change your address details is to contact the Customer Care team at the Publisher (you can get their Contact Details by entering the title of the magazine in the Publisher Lookup Box, at the top of this page). You can also phone or email using the details given on the wrapping that your magazine arrived in. You will need to quote either the Subscriber Number printed on your magazine or your full postal address.

  • Can I transfer or change my subscription?

We are afraid that we cannot change or transfer your subscription to other magazines.

  • Can I buy over the phone?

Yes, our UK-based telephone Sales Team are on hand from 8am until 8pm Monday to Friday and 9am to 1pm on Saturdays (excluding bank holidays). If you prefer to make a purchase over the phone, please give them a call - noting the item and the offer you want to buy. The Sales number is listed at the top of every page (above the search box): 01795 414 784.

  • Who actually sends my magazine(s)?

It is the Publisher of each magazine that will send you your regular issues. We ensure that your order is passed to them securely and as fast as possible. Once the Publisher has your order they make sure that the first magazines printed are posted to their subscribers.

  • How many magazines will I receive in my subscription?

All our offers, for any magazine, clearly state the duration and number of issues that you will receive in that time. If you are unsure, please send us an email or call us on 0844 826 7812.

  • Can I buy a subscription as a gift?

Yes you can, especially as it makes a great gift! You can even request a gift card in form of an e-mail that we will be sent to your recipient on your behalf. Be assured that we will never contact the recipient of your gift unless you tell us to.

  • Can I buy several magazines and pay differently?

Yes, you can pay for each subscription as you choose: e.g. You can buy one for yourself by Direct Debit and buy a 12 month gift subscription by credit or debit card. We hope you find the “Basket” is easy to use but if you ever have a question just call us on 0844 826 7812.

  • How will I know my order has been received?

You will receive an order confirmation email after you have placed your order. It will confirm what you have bought, how much you have paid, who will be sending your magazine(s) to you and details of all your Customer Care. Don’t forget to check your junk mail folder and add us to your safe senders list.

  • What If I don't receive a confirmation email?

If you do not receive a confirmation email within 24 hours of ordering from us then please contact our Customer Service team who will be happy to assist and locate your order.

  • Can I order magazines to be delivered outside the UK?

Many titles have overseas subscription rates. You can view the different countries by using the drop down menu (Select Country for Prices). You can then continue to purchase as usual. Please Note: Not all magazines have overseas subscription rates.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Can I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription within 48 hours of ordering by contacting us on 0844 826 7812.

After this time your subscription order will have been passed to the Publisher of your magazine and you will need to contact them directly (use the Publisher Lookup Box at the top of this page to obtain their details). In nearly all cases a Publisher will cancel the subscription and refund you the money for issues not yet delivered.

5. Delivery Information

  • How much will I be charged for delivery?

The good news is that all the prices shown on Magazine Subscriptions include FREE DELIVERY.

  • When will my first magazine be delivered?

Most magazines will be delivered within 2 – 6 weeks of placing your order. The delivery date is determined by the date you ordered, the print date of the next available issue and whether the title is published in the UK or overseas. In some cases, such as for National Geographic, your first issue may take up to 12 weeks to arrive (although this is usually shorter).

If you have not received your magazine within this time please contact the Publisher, their Contact Details can be found on your Order Confirmation email or by entering the publication title in the Publisher Lookup Box (above, top right).

  • My magazine hasn’t arrived or is damaged

The fastest way to solve this is to contact the Customer Care team of the magazine Publisher - you can get their direct Contact Details by  entering the publication title in the Publisher Lookup Box (above, top right).These details will also be on the Order Confirmation email that we sent you and on any magazine(s) that are delivered.

  • What about my FREE Gift?

If a free gift was a part of your subscription, this will be sent to you by the Publisher of the magazine, which usually happens within a maximum of 6 weeks. If there is any small print (e.g terms & conditions) given to us by the Publisher it will be shown clearly on our website when you order. If you still haven’t received your free gift after 6 weeks then please contact the publisher. Please Note: Your gift will be sent separately from the magazine subscription.

  • What is the contact telephone number for the magazine I have ordered?

The Contact Details (phone numbers and email addresses) for all the magazines/publishers listed on Magazine Subscriptions are available in the Publisher Lookup Box (top right). The contact details of the Publisher can also be found on your Order Confirmation email.

  • How can I pay for my subscription?

You can pay securely and safely by:

    • Credit Card
    • Debit Card
    • Direct Debit
    • PayPal
  • Who am I paying for my subscription?

If you pay by credit card or debit card your statement will show ThreePM Ltd which is us, the company that runs the Magazine Subscriptions website.
If you chose to pay by Direct Debit, you will pay the magazine Publisher directly. Importantly, you are at all times protected by the Direct Debit Guarantee and can cancel future payments at any time by cancelling your Direct Debit with your bank or building society.

  • How safe are my credit card details?

Very safe, because the Magazine Subscriptions website and system uses the best Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. Transactions are also processed through a secure “Payment Gateway” with our partner Cybersource, which is one of the largest electronic payment processors in the world and is a part of Visa Inc.
